SP Group and BCG Energy Joint Stock Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bamboo Capital JSC, on August 2 announced the formalisation of a joint venture to invest in rooftop solar and explore other renewable energy projects in Vietnam.

(BCG) - SP Group (SP) and BCG Energy Joint Stock Company (BCG Energy), a wholly owned subsidiary of Bamboo Capital JSC, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to invest in renewable energy projects in Vietnam. The MOU also provides an exclusive right for SP to acquire up to 49 per cent of its subsidiary Skylar Joint Stock Company (Skylar).  

On April 9th 2021, Clean Energy Vision Development JSC - a subsidiary company of BCG Energy JSC, a member of Bamboo Capital Group – held a grand opening ceremony for the Phu My Solar Power Plant.

(BCG) On 31th December 2020, Phu My solar farm has successfully reached COD and officially connected to the national power grid. So far, this is the largest scale solar energy project in Binh Dinh province.

(BCG) On December 30th 2020, BCG Energy held Grand-opening ceremony for VNECO Vinh Long solar farm 49.3 MW located in Trung Nghia, Vung Liem ward, Vinh Long province.
