Mr. Pham Minh Tuan

Mr. Pham Minh Tuan currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of BCG Energy.

Holding a Master of Business (Banking and Finance) from Monash University, Australia. Tuan is also a member of ACCA, United Kingdom. With more than 15 years of experience working in financial services sector in Canada, Tuan has solid expertise in financial management and operation controls from working as a senior financial controller of BMO Nesbitt Burns, Bank of Montreal, Canada. Previously, Tuan was VP of Finance of Capital Markets at Citibank Canada. 

Mrs Pham Thi Mai Phuong

Ms. Pham Thi Mai Phuong joined BCG Energy as a Member of the Board of Directors and Permanent Deputy General Director

With many years of experience in the banking and finance sector, she has held several senior management positions and is currently Head of Network Development at Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

Ms. Phuong holds a Master’s degree in Economic Management and has extensive expertise in management, network development, and banking operations.

Ms. Pham Nguyen Ngoc Thuong

Thuong holds a Master degree in Business with Quantitative Analysis and Econometrics specialization from Monash University, Australia. She has 9 years of experience in Finance from working in Melbourne, Australia. Upon her return to Vietnam, Thuong worked as Deputy CEO of BCG Land - the real estate business segment of BCG, with the main responsibility in operations and project financing. 

Currently, as Deputy General Director in charge of Foreign Investor Relations and Capital Raising, Thuong plays a key role in developing and implementing capital mobilization strategies for the Company’s energy projects, strengthening relationships with foreign partners and investors, participating in negotiations and execution of financing and M&A transactions.  

Mr Dang Dinh Quyet

Mr. Dang Dinh Quyet is Deputy General Director in charge of Project Development at BCG Energy Joint Stock Company.

Mr. Quyet joined BCG Energy in 2020 as Deputy Head of Construction Department at Hanwha Energy Joint Stock Company - BCG Bang Duong is a subsidiary of BCG Energy. In 2022, Mr. Quyet was appointed Director of Project Development Department at BCG Energy Joint Stock Company.

Mr. Quyet has many years of experience in the field of construction and has many relationships with domestic and foreign construction company partners.

Mr Pham Le Quang

Mr. Pham Le Quang is currently the Deputy General Director in charge of Project Legal Affairs and Operations Engineering at BCG Energy Joint Stock Company.

He holds a Master's degree in Nuclear Power Plant Engineering and has many years of experience working at Vietnam Electricity Group, where he has accumulated extensive knowledge in the energy sector.

Joining BCG Energy in 2021 as Project Development Director, Mr. Quang has made important contributions to the development and implementation of the company's energy projects.

Mr Dao Chi Thanh

Mr. Đào Chí Thanh holds a degree in Specialized Mechanical Engineer and currently serves as General Director of several renewable energy companies within the BCG Energy ecosystem. With more than 10 years of experience in project management, business development, and corporate leadership, he has held multiple senior executive positions.

He is now the Deputy General Director in charge of Rooftop Solar at BCG Energy Joint Stock Company.

Mr. Luu Khanh Truong

With many years of experience in the field of Finance - Accounting - Auditing, Mr. Truong has a deep understanding of financial data analysis and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, risk management and ensure compliance with the Group and key stakeholders policy.

He currently holds the Chief Accountant of BCG Energy, with overall responsibility for BCG Energy's finances.
