Mr. Ng Wee Siong Leonard

Mr. Leonard received his Bachelor of Science from Singapore Management University

Since 2016, Mr. Leonard has joined BCG as Project Manager. In addition, he also holds the position of Member of the Board of Directors of Skylar Joint Stock Company and BCG Land Joint Stock Company (BCG’s subsidiary)

He has many years of experience in the field of Finance – Banking, real estate...and has extensive relationships with domestic and foreign investors.

Previously an independent Board Member, he is appointed Chairman of BCG Energy's Board of Directors in March 2024.

Mr. Pham Minh Tuan

Holding a Master of Business (Banking and Finance) from Monash University, Australia. Tuan is also a member of ACCA, United Kingdom. With more than 15 years of experience working in financial services sector in Canada, Tuan has solid expertise in financial management and operation controls from working as a senior financial controller of BMO Nesbitt Burns, Bank of Montreal, Canada. Previously, Tuan was VP of Finance of Capital Markets at Citibank Canada.

Responsible for fund raising and operational management of BCG's activities, Tuan spearheads the renewable energy investment arm of BCG. In just over two-years period, BCG Energy has built #500MW of solar farms and rooftops solar in Vietnam, and plans to build and operate 1.5 - 2 GW of renewable energy assets in the next two years.  

Mr. Nguyen Manh Chien

Mr. Nguyen Manh Chien joined Bamboo Capital in 2018 as a member of the Board of Directors of BCG Energy. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of BCG Energy.

Mr. Chien is responsible for BCGE's external relations and government relations. In his role, he supports the legal completion of BCGE's projects as well as develops BCGE's government and local relations strategy. This is one of the important factors in BCGE's development strategy.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Chien graduated with a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Alabama, USA.

Mr Nguyen Trung Truc

Graduated in Australia with bachelor (1975) and master (1977) degrees both in economics, Truc has extensive working experience both in operating and advisory capacities at senior levels in Australasia and South East Asia. Returned to Vietnam in early 1990 and as a local shareholder/partner of Peregrine Group, he is credited with the establishment of several major commercial operations - all of which Peregrine Capital Vietnam was a major shareholder/operating partner: First privately-owned commercial bank – ĐAI NAM BANK, 50/50 partnership with Prudential UK Group in a first 100% foreign-owned life insurance company in Vietnam and exclusive country distributorships for Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Chrysler cars, Piaggio motorbikes, Johnson & Johnson, Brother, Minolta, Hewlett Packard, Chubb Safes etc.

In 1996, Euromoney voted Peregrine Capital Vietnam with Nguyen Trung Truc as its Managing Director as the Best Foreign Securities Firm in Vietnam (Euromoney Award for Excellence 1996).

Mr Truc is founder of a non-profit Trinh Cong Son Foundation and acts as Advisor to some Vietnam-based start-ups and mentor to several successful Vietnamese entrepreneurs.

He is currently a BCG Energy 's Independent Member of BOD.
