Mr. Ng Wee Siong Leonard

Mr. Leonard received his Bachelor of Science from Singapore Management University

Since 2016, Mr. Leonard has joined BCG as Project Manager. In addition, he also holds the position of Member of the Board of Directors of Skylar Joint Stock Company and BCG Land Joint Stock Company (BCG’s subsidiary)

He has many years of experience in the field of Finance – Banking, real estate...and has extensive relationships with domestic and foreign investors.

Previously an independent Board Member, he is appointed Chairman of BCG Energy's Board of Directors in March 2024.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Chien

Mr. Nguyen Manh Chien joined BCG Energy in 2018 as a member of the Board of Directors. Currently, Mr. Chien is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of BCG Energy.

Mr. Chien is in charge of foreign relations with ministries, branches and government agencies. In his role, he directs the legal completion of BCG Energy's projects as well as develops the Company's government and local relations strategy. This is one of the important factors in BCG Energy's development strategy.

Mr. Chien graduated with a Master's degree in Banking Finance and Financial Services from the University of North Alabama, USA. Before that, he graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, majoring in Automation.

Mr. Chien is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of AAA Insurance Joint Stock Corporation

Mr. Dang Văn Hoa

Mr. Dang Van Hoa joined BCG Energy as a Member of the Board of Directors.

With over 20 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, he has held various senior management positions at leading domestic banks. He is currently serving as Deputy Head of Strategic Management at Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

Mr. Hoa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and has extensive expertise in risk management, credit appraisal, strategic development, and banking operations management.

Mr Nguyen Huu Quoc

Mr. Nguyen Huu Quoc joined BCG Energy as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors.

He has over 30 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, having held various senior management positions at leading domestic banks. He is currently serving as Deputy Head of Personal Customer Department at Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

Mr. Quoc holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and has extensive expertise in credit management, banking operations, and customer development.

Mrs Pham Thi Mai Phuong

Ms. Pham Thi Mai Phuong joined BCG Energy as a Member of the Board of Directors.

With many years of experience in the banking and finance sector, she has held several senior management positions and is currently Head of Network Development at Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

Ms. Phuong holds a Master’s degree in Economic Management and has extensive expertise in management, network development, and banking operations.
