(BCG) On December 31, Bamboo Capital (BCG) was granted the Certificate for a Public Offering (No. 327/GCN-UBCK) by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam. This is the first time BCG has issued bonds to the public.

(BCG) - On December 27, 2021, Bamboo Capital Group (BCG) formally celebrated its 10th Anniversary. At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Ho Nam - Chairman of BCG was honored to receive the third-class Labor Order as well as the Prime Minister’s Diplomas of Merit and the Emulation Flag and Certificates of Merit from the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.

(BCG) - On December 23, 2021, AAA Insurance Joint Stock Company (AAA Insurance) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) to declare that Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company (BCG) and BCG Financial Joint Stock Company (BCG Financial) replaced Insurance Australia Group (IAG) as two major shareholders.

(BCG) - On December 14, 2021, BCG Land officially opened and put into operation a new office at No. 22A, Street 7, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.

(BCG) - Nguyen Hoang Development Joint Stock Company - a subsidiary company of Bamboo Capital Group (HOSE: BCG) has just held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on December 10, 2021. The noteworthy final  resolutions included approval of the proposal to the company managements and the process of an initial public offering (IPO).

(BCG) On December 2nd, 2021, Bamboo Capital Group (HOSE: BCG) and its subsidiary BCG Financial Joint Stock Company received Ministry Of Finance approval for the acquisition of 80.64% of shares of AAA Insurance Joint Stock Company. The transfer dossier of this deal has been submitted and approved by the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam. 

(BCG) - On November 30, Bamboo Capital Group (BCG) was honored under the Corporate Excellence category at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards 2021 Vietnam.

(BCG) - On November 25, within the framework of the Investment Promotion Conference held in Japan, under the witness of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Hong Duc Industry JSC., part of DEEP C Industrial Zones, Bamboo Capital Group and Sojitz Corporation signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on on the three-party cooperation to develop an industrial park project and ancillary infrastructure services with expected total investment capital of approximately US$250 million.
