Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of AAA Insurance: Bamboo Capital becomes the largest shareholder, with the aim of getting listed on the stock market within the next three years.

(BCG) - On December 23, 2021, AAA Insurance Joint Stock Company (AAA Insurance) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) to declare that Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company (BCG) and BCG Financial Joint Stock Company (BCG Financial) replaced Insurance Australia Group (IAG) as two major shareholders.

Bamboo Capital Group completed the acquisition of 80.64% shares of AAA Insurance Jsc

(BCG) On December 2nd, 2021, Bamboo Capital Group (HOSE: BCG) and its subsidiary BCG Financial Joint Stock Company received Ministry Of Finance approval for the acquisition of 80.64% of shares of AAA Insurance Joint Stock Company. The transfer dossier of this deal has been submitted and approved by the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam. 

DEEP C, Bamboo Capital and Sojitz cooperate to develop industrial park in Vietnam

(BCG) - On November 25, within the framework of the Investment Promotion Conference held in Japan, under the witness of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Hong Duc Industry JSC., part of DEEP C Industrial Zones, Bamboo Capital Group and Sojitz Corporation signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on on the three-party cooperation to develop an industrial park project and ancillary infrastructure services with expected total investment capital of approximately US$250 million.
