Vinacafe Dalat Annual General Meeting was held in the afternoon of April 17th, 2017, projecting 2017 revenue of 567 billion VND and exports volume of 12,000 tons.

Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (TRACODI) has told its shareholders that it targets after-tax profit of VND63.7 billion on revenues of VND879.47 billion (US$38.7 million) for 2017, representing growth of 5.70% and 5.50%.

TRACODI (TCD) has recently announced its 2016 audited consolidated financial statements, in which net revenue reaches 832 billion VND and before-tax profit of 73.4 billion VND, up by 337% and 124% from 2015, respectively.

On March 7th, 2017, State Securities Commission of Vietnam has issued Decision No. 1172/UBCK-GSĐC approving of TRACODI (TCD) becoming a public company. In 2016, TCD’s total assets reached 2,449 billion VND and equity more than doubled up to 380 billion VND. Net revenue was 835 billion VND and after-tax profit was 60.7 billion VND, or 338% and 138% up compared to 2015, respectively. The company also sets revenue targets of 918 billion VND for 2017 and 1,029 billion VND for 2018.

The People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province has approved the large field project of intercropping cocoa and cashews in An Vien Commune, Trang Bom District with Bamboo Capital JSC (BCG) being the project owner. This is the 8th large field project to be approved and provided with financial support by the Committee.

At the conference, TRACODI (TCD) has provided the investors an overview of the company as well as its business plans and ongoing projects, along with stock valuation conducted by Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation (HSC) Research Department.

According to BCG’s Q4 FY16 consolidated business results, Q4’s revenue from sales of goods and services and 2016 accumulated revenue are 658.3 billion VND and 1,653 billion VND, increasing by 63.1% and 69.5% over the same period of last year, respectively.
